Canvas Dome Tents
Single Luxury Tent - R1,000
- 1x Steel Frame Bed and Mattress.
- 1x Set of Linen.

Double Luxury Tent - R1,200
- 2x Steel Frame Bed and Mattress.
- 2x Sets of Linen.
- 2x Bedside Table and Chair.

Eco Tents - R650
- Tent only
- Total stock on hand 130 tents, 160 beds, 160 sets of linen, 285 mattresses.
- The costs are based on 3 nights occupancy. Additional nights will be charged out at 50% of rate.
- For 50 tents or more, there will be no charge for transportation. Less than 50 tents will be charged out at R9 per kilometer.
Bedouin Tents
Based on 3 days and 2 nights. Additional days charged at 30% of rental cost.
Includes lights. Power to be arranged by the client.
- 7 x 10 Chino Bedouin  –  R3,500
- 12 x 10 Red Bedouin  –  R6,000
- 15 x 12 Chino Bedouin  –  R8,100
- 18 x 15 Chino Bedouin  –  R12,150
- 20 x 18 Chino Bedouin  –  R14,400
- The bedouin tents exclude an engineer sign off certificate.
- Transportation costs will be based on R9 per kilometer.
- Labour costs to build and strike depend on duration and venue.
Showers
Costing based on 3 nights and 2 days. Additional days will be charged out at R850 excluding per day
Includes own change area and are fitted with gas geyser.
- 2 x Shower Units  –  R4,000
- 4 x Shower Units  –  R7,200
- 6 x Shower Units  –  R9,600
- 8 x Shower Units  –  R12,800
- Janitor Per Day   –  R500
- The showers require an electrical and water supply.
- A generator dry hire per day is R450 excluding fuel.

Terms and Conditions
- Quotation is valid for 21 days.
- 40% deposit to be paid within 7 days of acceptance of quote.
- 60% balance to be paid 5 days prior to build date.
- At the discretion of Red Cherry Rentals, Red Cherry crew may be deployed to ensure the safety and well-being of infrastructure.

Fantastic route and very well organised race. My 5th PEPLETT and definitely not the last. New sections of trails built specifically for the race every year. It just gets better and better.

Gorgeous trails and views, fun but challenging route, with hospitality on point as well. The positive rider comraderie along the 280kms of forest trails and backroads carried us through heatwaves and rainstorms, technicals and tumbles, with stories to tell.

Weekend Warrior Tru-Cape events has become are our ‘must go to stage races’ of the year.
As cheap as you will ever get for a stage race experience.
Day 1- nice & hard with some 'trail fun' reward coming home.
Day 2 - to die for… fun fun fun - berms, jumps & fast flowing dense forest single track that don’t stop (keep them for next year please).
Big shout out to the Endurade water stations - friendliest crew around. Good quality energy & electrolyte drinks & bars. Drinks are ice cold every time every year. Love the solid ‘old style food for champions’ like the bread sandwiches & bananas.
Good food good trails.
Can’t wait for the next one.

This was my third PEPlett and is was the best by far. The organisation was superb. Getting Food Lovers on board was genius. The villages are well laid out & the staff kept them immaculately clean. The new sections of trail were also a big surprise. You want something challenging but not unsafe. I really enjoyed every day.
You can treat this event as a serious race or, as I prefer, a fantastic ride with good friends with time to stop & take a photo or two.
Mike, Sandy, Shaun & now Jacques are a class act. Definitely be back next year!

If you want to feel special, do the 'M&G' PE Plett.
Our accommodation was excellent and the routes magnificent. Best marked routes ever. You just could not go wrong. Distances and elevation very accurate. Stunning system of where you fit in at start with coloured bands. The vegetation and views made it extra special as well. I will definitely do this event again.
