Event infrastructure hire: common questions
Do you deliver event infrastructure outside Gqeberha?
Yes. We deliver across South Africa from our warehouse in North End, Gqeberha. Delivery is charged at R12 per km for the return trip, and bookings of 50 or more tents are delivered free within 150km of Gqeberha.
How much does tent hire cost?
Eco tents start at R650, luxury single tents with a bed, linen, bedside table and chair are R1,000, and luxury doubles are R1,290. Prices cover 3 nights, with extra nights at 50% of the rate. All prices exclude VAT.
How much does it cost to hire a Bedouin stretch tent?
Bedouin tents range from R3,500 for a 7m x 10m to R14,400 for a 20m x 18m, based on 3 days and 2 nights. Lights are included. Labour to build and strike depends on the venue and is quoted separately.
Can I hire mobile showers for an outdoor event?
Yes. Shower sets of 2, 4, 6 or 8 units come with their own change areas and gas geysers, from R4,000. They need a water and electrical supply, and we can supply a generator on dry hire at R450 per day.
Do you offer dry hire?
Yes, dry hire is available on selected equipment if you'd rather set up yourself. Our crew can also transport, set up, supervise and strike everything for you.

- The costs are based on 3 nights occupancy. Additional nights will be charged out at 50% of rate.
- For 50 tents or more, there will be no charge for transportation. Less than 50 tents will be charged out at R9 per kilometer.
Bedouin Tents
Based on 3 days and 2 nights. Additional days charged at 30% of rental cost.
